Position: HVAC Technician 

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $35 to $38/hour

Experience:  

1. HVAC troubleshooting experience.
2. Commercial HVAC experience is preferred. 

Education: EPA/CFC Certification (Required). 

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire 

Schedule: Monday - Friday

HireOne Staffing is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Support advanced service, diagnostics, and installations across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.
2. Handle complex repairs and system replacements beyond property-level maintenance teams.
3. Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems.
4. Assist with water heater installations (residential & commercial).
5. Charge and service refrigerants: R-410A, R-22, A2L.
6. Troubleshoot components: Capacitors, boards, blowers, and motors.
7. Evaluate repair vs. replacement decisions.
8. Support large-scale installs and capital projects.

Position Requirements:    

1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Providing your own truck/van is highly preferred.
