Position: Concierge

Location: Washington, DC

Pay: $18/hour + Weekly Pay!

Experience: Front desk experience is required. Concierge or customer service experience is preferred.

Type: Part-time; Temporary

Schedule: Weekend Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Provide concierge-level service, including handling requests and inquiries.
3. Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming lobby environment.
4. Monitor building access and report any security concerns.
5. Coordinate with property management and service providers as needed.
6. Answer phones, manage messages, and direct calls appropriately.
7. Maintain accurate visitor logs and delivery records.
8. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
9. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
10. Follow all building policies and safety procedures.

Position Requirements:

1. Previous front desk, concierge, or customer service experience required.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
4. Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight shifts.
5. Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently.
