Experience: 1 year of leasing experience required.

Education: High school diploma preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work weekends)

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing inquiries.
2. Process rental applications and leasing documentation.
3. Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and resident information.
4. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
5. Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks.
6. Address resident concerns and provide solutions to leasing-related issues.
7. Promote property features and amenities to prospective tenants.
