Position: Clean Up Crew (Parking Lots)

Location: New Castle, DE

Pay: $16–$18/hour

Experience: Entry-level; outdoor labor or maintenance experience preferred

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-call rotation required for nights/weekends)

HireOne Staffing is seeking Clean Up Crew (Parking Lots) to join a reliable and hardworking team supporting multiple commercial properties!

Job Description:

1. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding areas across multiple sites
2. Perform general outdoor labor including debris removal, sweeping, and basic upkeep
3. Travel to assigned properties (within ~30-minute radius) from the main office daily
4. Safely operate company vehicles as needed between locations
5. Assist with basic maintenance tasks as assigned
6. Respond to on-call maintenance needs during nights/weekends (rotational)
7. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
9. Ensure properties meet cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Position Requirements:

Hard Skills:

1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 5 years)
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
3. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
4. Must be able to pass drug screening, physical exam, background check, and insurance clearance
5. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Additional Details:

1. Properties serviced are within ~30 minutes of the main office (20–30+ total sites)
