HireOne Staffing is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician – Farming Equipment to join a respected and fast-growing operation in Mohnton, PA. Position: Maintenance Technician – Farming Equipment

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay: $26 - $30/hour

Experience: Up to 5 years of professional experience performing service repairs.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexibility required, including occasional Saturdays

What You’ll Do:

1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment
2. Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
3. Complete field service repairs and on-site diagnostics as needed
4. Use technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and service software to complete repairs efficiently
5. Maintain accurate service records, parts requests, and repair documentation
6. Keep tools, service vehicles, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
7. Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, and internal team members

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional equipment repair experience
2. Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment maintenance and diagnostics
3. Experience working with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
4. Comfortable using service advisor software and basic computer programs
5. Valid and insurable driver’s license
6. Ability to obtain a DOT medical card within two weeks of hire
7. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly
8. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
9. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
