Position: Bilingual Front Desk Administrator
Location: Bethesda, MD
Pay: $50,000/year
Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in office supply management, event coordination, or executive support is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results
- Provide high-quality customer experiences for visitors, employees, and executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office technology and vendor coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing administrative tasks, mail tracking, and event coordination.
Position Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness.
