Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant 

Location: Falls Church, VA

Pay: $34.48/hour

Experience: Previous leasing experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Saturdays may be needed)

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Conducts apartment tours and explains lease terms, pricing, amenities, and community policies. 
2. Manages the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
3. Answers phone calls, emails, and online and in-person inquiries.
4. Coordinates move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communications.
5. Maintains accurate records using property management software.
6. Supports marketing and outreach efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
7. Collaborates with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive resident experience. 
8. Screens applicants and prepares lease agreements and related documentation.
9. Provides exceptional customer service and resolves resident concerns.
10. Communicates fluently in English and Spanish with prospective and current residents.
