Position: Property Manager

Pay: $33/hour

Experience: 5 years of residential property management experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Manage daily property operations and ensure smooth facility management.
2. Coordinate leasing activities, including property tours and tenant applications.
3. Maintain tenant records, lease documentation, and administrative files.
4. Address tenant concerns and resolve property-related issues promptly.
5. Support sales and leasing efforts to maintain property occupancy.
6. Communicate with tenants regarding property updates and lease matters.
7. Assist with general administrative tasks related to property management.
