Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: 3 years of residential maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Education:  

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. HVAC certification required.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: 1st Shift

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Supervise, train, and support the on-site maintenance team.
  2. Assign and prioritize daily work orders and maintenance tasks.
  3. Oversee apartment turns and coordinate preventative maintenance.
  4. Inspect buildings, grounds, vacant units, and property systems regularly.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
  6. Assist with maintenance work orders and emergency repairs as needed.
  7. Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  8. Complete and approve payroll through ADP.
  9. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  10. Travel between properties as needed.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:    

  1. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.
  2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical repair work.
  3. Must provide reliable phone and email contact information.
  4. Must supply and maintain the tools necessary to perform daily job duties.
