Type: Temporary, part-time; 3-week assignment starting Friday, 10/30

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team!

Job Description:

- Complete apartment turnovers to prepare units for new residents

- Perform appliance maintenance and repairs

- Complete and close out maintenance requests through the property's ticket system

- Perform drywall repairs

- Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance

- Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks

Position Requirements:

- Hard skills: Experience with apartment turnovers; appliance maintenance; ticket or work order systems; drywall repair; plumbing

- Soft skills: Works well independently; reliable and dependable; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
