Position: Maintenance Technician 

Location: Washington, D.C.

Pay: $25/hour 

Experience: Previous maintenance experience within apartments. 

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift 

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Assist with apartment turnovers.
  2. Handle appliance maintenance and tenant requests.
  3. Maintain the ticketing system and mark when orders are complete.
  4. Fix drywall and maintain plumbing.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

 

Position Requirements:    

  1. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
