Location: McLean, VA
Pay: $25/hour
Experience: 2 to 3 years of residential maintenance experience
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30am to 5:30pm
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Painting and drywall repair
- Appliance installation and repair
- Preventive maintenance inspections
- Basic roofing and gutter maintenance
- Flooring repairs (tile, vinyl, laminate, carpet)
- Locksmith services (rekeying, lock installation, key replacement)
- Power tool and hand tool proficiency
- Work order management and documentation
- Safety procedures and OSHA compliance
- Building codes and maintenance standards
Position Requirements:
- Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing faucets)
- Electrical troubleshooting (changing outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers)
- HVAC maintenance (changing filters, basic diagnostics, preventive maintenance)
- Carpentry (door repairs, trim work, cabinet repairs, drywall patching)
