Experience: Previous HVAC and maintenance experience. 

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Job Description:  

  1. Check appliances, cabinets, bathroom plumbing, HVAC, and other systems in apartments to ensure they are ready for move-in.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Basic appliance, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.
