Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Tysons, VA

Pay: $25/hour 

Experience: Previous apartment maintenance experience.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Prepare and turn over vacant units for new residents.
  2. Assist with preventive maintenance.
  3. Repair appliances.
  4. Knowledge of water heaters is preferred.
  5. Strong attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team.
