Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Perry Hall, MD

Pay: $25/hour 

Experience: 5 years of apartment maintenance experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Prepare and turn over vacant units for new residents.
  2. Complete daily work orders and in-unit repairs (HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing).
  3. Perform snow removal as needed.
  4. CFC Certification required.
  5. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
  6. Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to drive to nearby properties.
