Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Purcellville, VA
Pay: $25/hour
Experience: General apartment maintenance experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Complete resident work orders.
- Prepare apartments for move-in.
- Complete preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other general maintenance issues.
- Assist with maintaining the property grounds and common areas.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs would be preferred.
- HVAC experience is preferred.
