Position: Concierge Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: Previous residential and management experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00am to 4:00pm

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet residents, guests, contractors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
2. Manage the front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
3. Answer phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and efficiently.
4. Coordinate visitor access, package management, and delivery services.
5. Monitor building entry points and maintain security and access control procedures.
6. Maintain accurate resident records, logs, and front desk reports.
7. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident onboarding processes.
8. Coordinate with property management, maintenance staff, and vendors to resolve resident concerns.
9. Handle resident complaints and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
10. Schedule amenities, service requests, and community events as needed.
11. Create, distribute, and track resident communications, including community notices, maintenance updates, emergency alerts, policy changes, and event announcements.
12. Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff.
13. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:    

1. Experience with CCTV & Security System Monitoring.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Resident Management Software.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to respond to emergencies
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
