Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Pay: $23/hour

Experience: 1 year of residential leasing experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30am to 5:30pm

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description: 

1. Lease residential and commercial properties to prospective tenants, guiding them through the process.
2. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.
3. Complete post-lease administrative tasks, ensuring smooth tenant transitions.
4. Conduct property tours, providing detailed information to potential renters.
5. Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Create and execute dynamic marketing campaigns and host events to attract and engage tenants.

Position Requirements:    

1. Bilingual in Spanish.
2. Flexibility to work weekends as required.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
