Position: Weekend Concierge

Location: Rockville, MD

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of patrolling experience

Type: Part-time; Temporary

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11:00am to 7:00pm 

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Weekend Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Position Requirements:   

  1. Handle front desk operations, including checking packages, mail, and guest access
  2. Check-in and check-out guests and residents
  3. Open work orders and maintenance requests as needed
  4. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
  5. Monitor security systems (CCTV and access systems)
  6. Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and file management
  7. Report incidents and respond to emergencies
  8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors


Position Requirements:

  1. Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio)
  2. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge
  3. Basic office equipment operation (printer, scanner, copier)
  4. Concierge reservation systems
