Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay: $20/hour 

Experience:

1. 1 year of residential leasing experience.
2. Previous customer service, sales, and admin experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Ability to work weekends as needed)

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and over the phone.
2. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
3. Manage leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
4. Process applications and support lease documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records using property management software.
6. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
7. Support day-to-day administrative and leasing office tasks.
