Position: Leasing Agent

Location: Prince Frederick, MD

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of leasing experience.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Ability to work Saturdays as needed)

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries.
2. Conduct property tours and highlight community features.
3. Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
4. Manage resident communications and respond to questions or concerns.
5. Maintain accurate records in One Site and Knock software.
6. Support administrative functions related to leasing and resident services.
7. Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.

Position Requirements:

1. Proficiency with One Site and Knock software.
2. Strong sales and leasing skills.
3. Administrative and organizational abilities.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
