Position: Concierge  

Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Pay: $20/hour

Experience:

  1. 2-3 years of Concierge experience.
  2. 1 year of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury residential property management, or upscale retail (preferred). 

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. 

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Weekend Shift, 7:00am to 3:00pm 

  

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Greet residents and guests by name with a polished, professional demeanor.
  2. Log, organize, and distribute resident deliveries using property management software (e.g., BuildingLink, RentCafe).
  3. Manage reservations for high-end spaces like sky lounges, rooftop pools, fitness studios, and coworking pods.
  4. Monitor lobby foot traffic, authenticate guest permissions, and ensure all apartment keys are securely accounted for.
  5. Provide expert recommendations for dining at Tysons Galleria, arrange transportation, and coordinate personal services like dry cleaning or grocery delivery.
  6. Efficiently process resident service requests and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure 5-star property standards.


Position Requirements:  

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and residential software like Yardi, Entrata, or BuildingLink.
  2. Exceptional communication, a high level of discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 pounds (for handling resident packages).
