Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location: Triangle, VA

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year of leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred. 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.  

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm 

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Collect rent and process payments.
2. Tour apartments and follow up with potential tenants.
3. Manage applications, leasing agreements, and other files.
4. Assist with marketing efforts including posting on social media.
5. Handle scheduling, data entry, recordkeeping, and calendar management.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:  

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English.
2. Knowledge of apartment leasing processes, fair housing regulations, and resident relations.
3. Experience conducting property tours and presenting apartment features to prospective residents.
4. Ability to qualify prospects, process rental applications, and prepare lease agreements.
5. Skilled in using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite) and Microsoft Office.
6. Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
7. Experience maintaining prospect traffic, follow-up activities, and lease conversion metrics.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
