Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Two shift options available -
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
- Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Porter to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team!
Job Description:
- Complete valet trash service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Pick up litter and maintain the grounds of the property
- Keep trash compactor areas clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Clean and maintain the leasing office, gym, pool, and grill areas, and clubroom daily
- Empty trash cans throughout the community
- Clean, dust, and maintain community stairways
- Clean and maintain building entrances
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of common areas as needed
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property issues to the appropriate supervisor
Position Requirements:
- Hard skills: No software experience required; comfortable performing general cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks
- Soft skills: Strong attention to detail; customer service mindset; reliable and thorough in daily upkeep responsibilities
