Position: Concierge 

Location: Bethesda, MD

Pay: $18.40/hour

Experience: 1 year of front desk, customer-facing, or concierge experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Floater, covering shifts as needed

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees with a professional, friendly presence.
2. Cover front desk and concierge duties across shifts and locations as needed.
3. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct requests to the right people.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, check-ins, data entry, and filing.
5. Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively to keep the front desk running smoothly.

Position Requirements:    

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with changing schedules.
3. Proactive and able to work independently.
4. Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and computer use.
