Suitability Screening
In-depth and comprehensive interviewing is at the heart of our screening procedures. In addition, we conduct employment history checks on each and every associate and direct hire candidate we refer to you. For our professional positions, we also verify degrees, and check and confirm credentials. Criminal and credit checks also can be conducted at your request.

Skills Screening
HireONE skills screening is entirely task oriented. This means we make certain our associates and direct hire referrals have mastered "working competencies"— real-world skills and technologies. In the area of computer skills, our comprehensive qualification exams assess applicants on leading industry software applications. In the area of clerical skills, we administer a variety of office, computer, and writing tests, including basic computer literacy, data entry, audio transcription, shorthand, secretarial skills, spelling and vocabulary, proofreading, grammar, letter setup, phone interfacing, filing, and more.

The Meaning of Success
